Celebrate the Lunar New Year with a sumptuous feast at Sanctuary Tearoom. Join us on 28 and 29 January 2025, from 5:30pm to 10:00pm, for a feast that combines the best of traditional and modern flavours.
Each diner will enjoy a complimentary welcome drink, choosing between the refreshing Golden Lychee Moon or the zesty Citrus Blossom. Delight in a luxurious Flambé Abalone Treasure Pot, served to your table (one sharing portion per reservation), Seafood on Ice, Fatt Choy Pork Trotter, Lobster Claw in Chilli Crab Sauce with Deep-fried Mantou and more!
End the feast on a sweet note with an individual dessert of Chilled Birds’ Nest, complemented by dried longan, white fungus, red dates, and lotus seeds, and many more delightful sweets including Chocolate Fondue, Deep-fried Yam and Sweet Potato Nian Gao and DIY Ice Kacang station.
