These multifunctional rooms are designed with flexibility, making them ideal for breakout sessions, workshops, or smaller meetings. The understated elegance of the Halia and Lemongrass Rooms, combined with warm, minimal decor, creates an inspiring atmosphere for seminars, collaboration and creative thinking.
The Ficus Room combines elegant interiors with versatility, offering a bright, adaptable space perfect for smaller meetings or events. With its sleek, modern decor and natural tones, this room can accommodate mid-sized groups of up to 60 pax in a round table setting, or 140 standing; and provides a comfortable environment for productive discussions or intimate gatherings.
The Grand Ballroom is a stunning, pillarless space that exudes nothing less than grandeur. It's ideal for large-scale conferences with room for up to 450 seated guests or more than 1,000 standing. It can also be split into 2 smaller ballrooms to suit your needs. A 11.5m by 3.4m LED screen is also available for use.

Our resort offers a dedicated Events Block and versatile outdoor spaces with flexible configurations tailored to suit any meetings and events from large conventions and corporate functions to intimate meetings and cocktail receptions.
What meeting and event spaces are available?
The Events Block features seven function rooms, a Grand Ballroom, and a spacious foyer area. Selected function rooms can be combined to create a larger event space. What is the maximum capacity of the meeting and event spaces?
Depending on the configuration, our Grand Ballroom can accommodate up to 420 guests in banquet style, 580 guests in theatre style or 1,020 guests for a cocktail reception.
What room layouts and configurations are available?
Our event spaces have flexible configurations to suit different event requirements and set up, including round tables of 10, long tables, buffet set up, cocktail receptions, clusters of 6, classroom, theatre, U-Shape, boardroom layout.
Is audiovisual equipment available?
Yes, we provide basic audiovisual equipment, including an LCD projector with HDMI and audio connectivity. An 11.5m by 3.4m LED screen is also available for use, subject to additional charges. Additional audiovisual equipment may be arranged upon request and may incur additional fees.
Is Wi-Fi available in the meeting and event spaces?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available throughout all meeting and event spaces.

Does the hotel provide catering for meetings and events?
Yes, our resort has an in-house banquet kitchen and works with a selection of food and beverage catering vendors. Prior notice and approval are required should you wish to engage an external food and beverage vendor for your event.

Yes, guests are allowed to bring their own alcoholic beverages, if the alcoholic beverages have been duty paid. Our meeting and event spaces are located on the 2nd and 3rd storeys of the Events Block, with elevator access available.
