General

Does the hotel provide free Internet access?
Complimentary Wi-Fi access is available around the resort and in the MICE block. No log-in is required.
 
What is the minimum age for check-in?
Minimum age for check-in is 18 years old. A photo identification is required. Guests aged 17 and below are required to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
 
Is your resort wheelchair friendly?
For guests encountering mobility issues, we provide wheelchair-friendly guest lifts alongside our Deluxe Room with handicap-accessible washrooms.
 
Is your resort kids-friendly?
The resort offers a family-friendly stay with kid-friendly facilities and amenities. The following services and amenities are subject to availability. Should you require a baby cot during your stay, please let us know in advance at the point of reservation.

Are senior discounts available?
Senior discounts are not available
 
Can I request for special arrangement for my anniversary celebration?
Yes, you may and we will do our best to make your celebratory stay a memorable one! Please email us at reservation@amarasanctuary.com. However, please note that external catering, unauthorised fixtures and decorations are not allowed. A recovery fee will be required to restore the room back to its original condition should that occur.              

Is this a pet-friendly resort?
Yes, we welcome your dogs and cats of all sizes. Please be informed that pets will not be allowed to visit public facilities and enclosed spaces such as the gym, the swimming pools, and dining outlets.

Please note that it is mandatory to book either a Pampered Paws package for your dog or Pampered Meows package for your cat before you arrive. Pets will not be allowed entry if the wrong package is being booked.  

What room types are pet-friendly?

Can I smoke within the resort premises?
We have designated smoking areas within the resort. Do note that there is a S$500 cleaning fee if you smoke in any of our guests rooms.
 
Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
The resort offers luggage storage for guests staying with us. Our Concierge Team will assist you upon your arrival.

Is the pool heated?
No, it is not.
 
Can I have a party in the room?
The resort allows a maximum of 5 persons to be gathered in the room, including 2 registered occupants and 3 visitors. All guests are required to register at the reception before entering the resort. The resort enforces a No Party Policy to ensure maximum comfort for all our in-house guests. Anyone found to be creating excessive noise and disturbance, having a party or exceeding the maximum allowable occupancy of the room will be asked to leave the hotel without refund. Visitors and unregistered guests are not allowed in the room after 9.00pm.
 
Are government taxes and service charges included in the pricing?
Rates are subject to prevailing government taxes and service charge unless otherwise stated. All "From" rates are indicative of the lowest available rate and rates may fluctuate.
 
Do you provide shuttle service from the airport?
Unfortunately, airport shuttle service is not available. Should you wish to arrange for a private airport limousine transfer, please indicate this requirement during the reservation process and charges will apply accordingly.
 
Where is the nearest train station?
The nearest train station is Harbourfront station. We provide shuttle service from our resort to Harbourfront Station (Vivocity) at Exit D. Please refer to our facilities for more details on the shutter bus schedule .

Are there discounts available on extended stays such as monthly stays?
Yes there are, please send an email at reservation@amarasanctuary.com for more information.

Rooms

What are the check-in, check-out timings?
Check-in time: After 3.00pm (local time)
Check-out time: By 11.00am (local time)
 
Is early check-in or late check-out available?
Yes, upon request and availability. Charges may apply.
 
How do I modify or cancel my reservation?
You may contact our Reservations team directly at reservation@amarasanctuary.com and they will be happy to assist you. 
 
Do I need to pre-pay for my reservation? If so, how do I do it?
A prepayment may be required during the booking process for certain room packages and promotions. Kindly input your payment details upon creation of the room booking.

What are your payment types?
The resort accepts VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, JCB, China UnionPay and Alipay for payment of room reservations. Payment at the resort can be made by cash as well.
 
What is the maximum number of occupants per room?
All our rooms (except 2 bedroom villa and Larkhill Mansion) can only accommodate 2 adults and 1 child sharing an existing bed. For an additional child, there will be an additional charge for an extra bed - subject to availability, limited to certain room types - Deluxe Room and Family Suite only.
 
Do you have wheelchair accessible rooms?
Yes, we have wheelchair accessible rooms available for booking. The in-room amenities include grab bars in the washroom, roll-in handicap shower stall with folding bath seat and emergency buttons.
 
Can I add an extra bed? Is there any additional charge?
Yes, we are able to provide an extra bed for selected room types. Additional charges will apply. Please indicate during the room booking. 

Are there connecting rooms?
Yes, we have connecting rooms for our Deluxe Rooms. Kindly include this request under the Remark section during your booking. Otherwise, you may write to us at reservation@amarasanctuary.com.
 
Can I request for a baby cot? Is there any additional charge?
Baby cots are provided on a complimentary basis upon request, subject to availability.
 
What are the timings for room service?
Room service is available from 7.00am to 11.00pm. 
 
What pin plug and voltage do you use in our rooms? Does the resort provide a free international adaptor?
Our rooms are equipped with a universal socket that accepts various types of electrical plugs. The voltage in Singapore is 220V/240V, 50Hz. Please contact our Housekeeping Team or Front Office Team for assistance on adaptors and transformers.
 
Does the resort provide laundry services?
The resort offers laundry, dry cleaning and pressing services. To submit articles for laundry service, please complete the laundry form in the wardrobe and place your laundry in the bag provided. Please contact the Housekeeping Team and they will be there to collect it shortly.

What time is the breakfast buffet? 
7.00am to 10.30am (Weekdays, Mon - Fri), 7.00am to 11.00am (Weekends and Public Holidays)

What is the rate for daily breakfast?
If you have booked a rate without breakfast, you can still enjoy our breakfast for S$32++ per adult and S$22++ per child.

Is incidental deposit required?
Yes, incidental deposit will be collected upon check-in, based on per room per night, as follows:
Villas and Larkhill Mansion - S$500
Courtyard Suite, Family Suite and Verandah Studio - S$300
Deluxe Room - S$100

Dining

What are the dining options available?
Guests can choose to dine at Sanctuary Tearoom, our all-day dining restaurant that serves international and local cuisine. Alternatively, in-room dining option is available daily from 7.00am to 11.00pm. 

What time is breakfast served?
7.00am to 10.30am (Weekdays, Mon - Fri), 7.00am to 11.00am (Weekends and Public Holidays)

Does the resort provide for special dietary needs?
We offer vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options at our restaurant and for in-room dining. However, please be informed that our Chefs work with other products that contain gluten in our kitchens and restaurants.

Amenities

Is there a swimming pool in the resort?
The resort offers 3 outdoor swimming pools from 7am to 8pm daily. Please refer to our facilities for more details.

Is there a fitness room in your resort?
Guests staying with us enjoy complimentary access to the indoor gym, from 6.00am to 10.00pm daily. Please refer to our facilities for more details.

Can I park my vehicle at the resort?
In-house guests enjoy complimentary on-site parking facilities. Guests are required to register their vehicle license plate number during check-in at the reception. There are two handicapped parking lots available. Guests with large vehicles are encouraged to park at our outdoor car park due to the height limit.
