Celebrate the Lunar New Year with Flames & Fortune Feasts Dinner Buffet at Sanctuary Tearoom, perfect for family reunions and joyful gatherings. Available from 6 to 28 February 2026, every Friday and Saturday, the buffet spread brings together classic Lunar New Year favourites and premium highlights.
Begin with crustaceans on ice, featuring snow crab and Maine lobster, followed by a comforting double-boiled Hokkaido Dried Scallop Chicken Ginseng Soup. Savour Lunar New Year favourites such as Fatt Choy Pork Trotter with Korean Dried Oyster, and Lobster Claw in Chilli Crab Sauce. Enjoy live stations including Laksa with Slipper Lobster and Oyster, and a carving station serving Roasted Australian Ribeye. End on a sweet note with festive goodies, chocolate fondue, and a DIY Bingsu station with assorted toppings, and more!
