PERANAKAN SPECIALS SET MENU
In celebration of SG60, indulge in a specially curated Peranakan Specials set menu that honours Singapore’s rich culinary heritage. Available from 23 May to 31 August 2025, this set menu is priced at $25++ per person.
Begin your gastronomic journey with a refreshing Iced Lemongrass & Ginger, freshly brewed with garden-grown lemongrass and a gentle touch of ginger.
Choose from one of five hearty mains, each bursting with bold spices and locally sourced ingredients:
- Nasi Goreng Istimewa – aromatic fried rice paired with grilled jumbo chicken satay, sambal prawn, and a sunny-side-up egg from a local farm
- Larkhill Laksa – our signature take on the Peranakan favourite, featuring slipper lobster, free-range chicken, tau pok, and coconut-rich broth
- Nyonya Chicken Curry – a comforting classic served with pickles, crispy cracker, fragrant rice, and a sunny-side-up egg
- Seafood Mee Goreng – wok-fried yellow noodles tossed with slipper lobster, squid, fish cake, and vegetables
- Vegetarian Olive Fried Rice – a meat-free delight with mock goose and mixed vegetables
