ABOUT THE RESORT

What is the minimum age for check-in?

Minimum Age for Check-in is 21 years old with a photo identification is required.

 

Does the hotel provide free Internet access?

Complimentary Wi-Fi access is available around the resort and in the MICE block. No log-in is required.

 

Is there a swimming pool in the resort?

The resort offers 3 outdoor swimming pools from 9.30am to 6pm daily. Guests have access to both Sky Pool and Dream Pool. For LarkHill Terrace Pool, only guests who book the Couple Suite and/or Family Suite will have access. Please refer to our facilities for more details.

Is there a fitness room in your resort?

Guests staying with us enjoy complimentary access to the gym from 9.30am to 6pm daily. Please refer to our facilities for more details.

Can I park my vehicle at the resort?

In-house guests enjoy complimentary parking facility. However, guests are required to register their vehicle license plate number during check-in at the reception.

 

Is your resort wheelchair friendly?

For guests encountering mobility issues, the Hotel provides wheelchair-friendly guest lifts alongside our Deluxe Room with handicap-accessible washrooms.

 

Is your resort kids-friendly?

The resort offers a family-friendly stay with kid-friendly facilities and amenities. The following services and amenities are subject to availability. Should you require any of this, please let us know in advance at the point of reservation:

  • Custom daybed (extra bed)
  • Baby tent/cot
  • Baby pillow/bloster/blanket
  • Bottle steriliser with brush, liquid detergent and bottle warmer

Can the resort assist to arrange for local sightseeing tours?

Our Concierge will be pleased to assist you on booking the tour package of your choice during your stay.

 

What pin plug and voltage do you use in our rooms? Does the resort provide free international adaptor?

Our rooms are equipped with universal socket that accepts various types of electrical plugs. The voltage in Singapore is 220V/240V, 50Hz. Please contact our Housekeeping Team for assistance on adaptors and transformers.

 

Are there computer and printing facilities in the resort?

We do not have a Business Centre in the resort. However, for basic printing requests, the team will be delighted to assist. Charges may apply for advanced printing services.

 

Does the resort provide laundry services?

The resort offers laundry, dry cleaning and pressing services. To submit articles for laundry service, please complete the laundry form in the wardrobe and place your laundry in the bag provided. Please contact Housekeeping and a team member will be there to collect it shortly.

 

Can I request for special arrangement for my anniversary celebration?

Yes, you may and we will try our best to make your celebratory stay a memorable one! Please email us at reservation@amarasanctuary.com. However, please note that external catering, unauthorized fixtures and decorations are not allowed. There will be a recovery fee to restore the room back to the original condition should that occur.              

 

Is this a pet-friendly resort?

Yes, we welcome your dogs and cats of all sizes. However, pets will not be allowed to visit public facilities and enclosed spaces such as the reception, the gym, the swimming pools, spa and dining outlets.

Please note that it is mandatory to book either a Pampered Paws package for your dog or Pampered Meows package for your cat before you arrive. Pets will not be allowed entry if the wrong package is being booked.  

 

Can I smoke within the resort premises?

We are a non-smoking resort. There is a S$500 cleaning fee if you smoke in any of our guests rooms.

 

Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

The resort offers luggage storage for guests staying with us. Our Concierge Team will assist you upon arrival.

 

Can I have a party in the room?

The hotel allows a maximum of 5 persons to be gathered in the room, including 2 registered occupants and 3 visitors. All guests are required to register at the reception before entering the resort.

The resort enforces a No Party Policy to ensure maximum comfort for all our in-house guests. Any person found to be creating excessive noise and disturbance, having a party or exceeding the maximum allowable occupancy of the room will be asked to leave the hotel without refund. Unregistered guests are not allowed in the room after 10.30PM.

 

Can I have an event in the rooms and villas?

The resort does not allow any personal or business events to be held in the villas. For special occasions or celebrations, please book our proposal, wedding or anniversary packages. Are government taxes and service change included in the pricing?

Rates are subject to prevailing government taxes and service charge unless otherwise stated. All "From" rates are indicative of lowest available rate and rates may fluctuate.

What are the health and safety measures being taken by Amara Sanctuary Resort Sentosa?

Please be assured that the safety and security of our guests and employees remain our utmost priority. As we adapt to this new normal, our hotels have stepped up and taken all necessary precautionary measures in accordance with the guidelines provided by the World Health Organization and public health authorities. As a SG Clean certified hotel, we constantly review our cleanliness and hygiene protocol to ensure that we are well above global standards. Read more here.

 

What is SG Clean?

Launched on 16 February 2020 by the National Environment Agency (NEA), the SG Clean campaign seeks to rally stakeholders and members of the public to do their part, by adopting good personal habits and social responsibility, to raise standards of cleanliness and public hygiene in Singapore and safeguard public health.

It is envisioned that the SG Clean campaign will instil a national “keep clean culture”, where keeping Singapore clean is an integral part of our lives. Learn more.

Do you provide shuttle service from the airport?

Unfortunately, airport shuttle service is unavailable. Should you wish for us to arrange for a private airport limousine transfer, please indicate this requirement during reservation process and charges will apply.

However, we do provide shuttle service from our resort to Harbourfront Station (Vivocity). Please refer to our facilities for more details on the shutter bus schedule.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS - MODIFY / ADD / CANCEL

How do I modify or cancel my reservation?

You may contact our Reservations team who will be happy to assist at reservation@amarasanctuary.com.

 

Do I need to pre-pay for my reservation? If so, how do I do it?

For certain packages and promotions, a prepayment may be required during the booking process. Please proceed to input your payment details upon creation of the booking.

 

What are your payment types?

The Hotel accepts VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, JCB, China UnionPay and Alipay for payment of room reservations. Payment at Hotel can be made by cash as well.

 

As the Covid-19 situation to evolve around the world, is there any update on the cancellation policies?

We are fully committed to enabling guests with increased flexibility during this period. Enjoy maximum flexibility in changing or cancelling any stay booked directly with us, up to 7 days prior arrival.

 


ROOMS AMENITIES AND ADD-ONS

What is the maximum number of occupants per room?

The total number of occupants in a room shall not exceed 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children at any time.

 

What are the check-in, check-out timings?

Check-in time: After 3.00pm (Local time)

Check-out time: By 12.00 noon (Local time)

 

Is early check-in or late check-out available?

Yes, upon request and availablity. Charges may apply.

 

Do you have wheelchair accessible rooms?

Yes we do. In-room amenities include grab bars in washroom, roll-in handicap shower stall with folding bath seat and emergency buttons.

 

Can I add an extra bed? Is there any additional charge?

Yes, you can, for selected room types and additional charges will apply.

 

Can I request for a baby cot? Is there any additional charge?

Baby cots are provided on a complimentary basis upon request, subject to availability.

 

What are the timings for room service?

Room service is available daily from 7am to 10pm.

 


FOOD AND BEVERAGE

What time is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served from 6am to 10.30am.

 

Does the resort provide for special dietary needs?

We offer vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options at our restaurant and for in-room dining. However, please be informed that our Chefs work with other products that contain gluten in our kitchens and restaurants.
