1. When will the renovation work be completed?
As part of our continued commitment to enhance our resort and services, we will be conducting upgrading works and the enhancement will be completed by end May 2024. 

2. Will the Resort be completely closed during the renovation?
During this period, some areas may be temporarily closed or have limited access to ensure the smooth progress of the upgrading works. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

3. Which areas of the Resort are being renovated?
During this time, our Deluxe rooms, event and meeting spaces are available for stays and bookings.

We will be enhancing the following areas within our resort:
- Lobby: Your first impression is important to us, and our upgraded lobby will set the tone for a truly unforgettable stay.
- Shutters: New dining concept and delights await you with improvements to our all-day dining restaurant.
- Room categories including Verandah Studios, Verandah Suites, Courtyard Suites, Couple Suites and Family Suites at Larkhill Terrace and Villas.

4. Will the noise and construction disturbances affect my stay?
We understand the importance of a restful stay. Please rest assured that we will take measures to minimise disruptions. Renovation works will be limited to 10am to 6pm, Mondays to Fridays, to lessen any inconvenience caused to our guests.

5. How will the Resort ensure guest safety during the renovation?
The safety of our guests is our top priority. The respective areas that are undergoing upgrading works will be cordoned off, and we will have clear signages indicating restricted areas. Our associates are trained to assist guests and direct them safely throughout the resort.

6. Can I still make a room reservation during the renovation period?
Absolutely. We will be more than happy to accommodate your reservation and ensure your comfort during your stay.

7. Can I cancel or reschedule my reservation without penalties due to the renovation?
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your reservation, please contact our reservations team at or call +65 6825 3886.

8. Will the dining outlets remain operational during the renovation?
In-room dining service remains open and we continue to serve breakfast buffet throughout this period at our function rooms. Hidden Joy and IMAMURA will also remain open as usual.

9. Will there be any disruptions to services like Housekeeping or Room Service?
No, there will be no disruptions to these services.

10. Can I host events or conferences at the Hotel during the renovation?
While we may have limitations on event spaces during renovation, please contact our events team at or call +65 6825 3828 to discuss your specific requirements, and we will try our best to accommodate your needs.

11. Can I request for renovated suites and villas?
